RETURNS

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law, eye see two is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind or make a wrong selection.

We recommend you choose your item/s carefully.

EXCHANGE

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at eyecanseetwo@gmail.com 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, you must request for a returns form via email: eyecanseetwo@gmail.com

eye see two is not liable for lost or stolen parcels.

The cost of return shipping is at your expense, we do not provide a refund or add credit of the cost of return postage.

All item/s are inspected upon receipt, if the item/s are not deemed in a resalable condition the item/s will be sent back to you and an exchange or credit note will not be accepted nor provided.

An online credit note will sent via email.

An online credit note will be valid for up to 12 months as of the date it is issued.

 

FAULTY POLICY

Each individual item is thoroughly inspected prior to it being sent out to you 

If you believe that there is a manufacturing fault with your item/s please email eyecanseetwo@gmail.com

Upon receiving your returns request, in order to have your item/s repaired or replaced you must comply with the following instructions:

  • Send two clear images and a detailed description of the fault to eyecanseetwo@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the item/s
  • Once you have received confirmation that your exchange has been permitted, the item/s must be returned in it's original state, including all packaging. 
  • A tracking number must be provided upon request when returning any item/s for security reasons.

     Wear and tear is not considered faulty.

    Whilst every effort is made to repair or replace your item/s, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law if we are unable to repair or replace your item/s then an online credit note or refund will be provided.

    A returns process will not begin until the item/s have been received by us.

    We aim to process all returns within 3-5 business days upon receiving your returned item/s.


    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at eyecanseetwo@gmail.com.

    SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    SHIPPING
    To return your product, please email eyecanseetwo@gmail.com

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item back to us, you must use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
